British Sign Language is used by approximately 76,000 deaf people in the UK.  It is also the preferred language of the British deaf community.  Global Voices is committed to the innovation of language solutions in order to improve current services with technology.  Consequently, you can now book your British Sign Language Interpreter through our video conference facility.

Video Conference Interpretation

This is where the BSL interpreter is at the Global Voices Video Conference Centre and interprets via the internet. You have the option to use Global Voices' mobile video cart called IVI (Instant Video Interpreter) or a standard PC.

A mobile video conference device is supplied to your organisation. Plug it to the wall, switch it on and touch the "touch screen" to connect to our operator.

Let the operator know the language you require and within 10 seconds an interpreter appears on the screen and you are instantly in a conference call.
