Here in the Operations department we share one mission – to provide top-quality translation and interpretation services to satisfied customers. From the moment a client makes an initial inquiry to the point at which they receive their translated document, quality is our number one priority. The documents to be translated are assessed by our Project Analysts, formatted and prepared for the linguists. Then, they are delivered to the Project Managers, who liaise with mother-tongue linguists, each with years of industry experience, who specialise in a range of different sectors. This ensures that each document is translated to the highest standard, by someone who understands both the complexities of the subject matter and the nuances of the both the Source and Target language – they are an essential part of the department, our agents in the field, based all around the world. Once the documents have been translated they pass through in-house quality checks to ensure that they are a true representation of the source document. The Operations department is a multi-lingual team, and where possible a native speaker will check the document to make sure that it meets our high standards. And the same goes for the Interpretation team, who are constantly matching clients with the perfect interpreter to suit their specific needs, whenever and wherever that might be. They are constantly expanding the linguist database to create an extensive network of high-quality interpreters with experience across a wide range of industry sectors, providing a variation of different interpretation services. So from start to finish, throughout every project, there is always someone there to ensure that the services we provide are of the highest standards. Mission accomplished!
