  • Location: Stirling Head Office (Monday to Thursday office based, Friday work from home)
  • Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GRADUATE ACCOUNT MANAGER:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email, phone and other communication channels.Asses client needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Act as a central point of contact between clients and internal departments, including operations, marketing and finance team.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment on project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Provide high quality customer service when dealing with clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Utilise personal and professional networks to identify and engage with new leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to effectively nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • Fluency in another European language.
  • Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
  • A degree background in Business, Administration or International Relations.
