Location: Stirling Head Office (Monday to Thursday office based, Friday work from home)

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)


About the Project Manager - Translation role:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our live translation business, which contributes to approximately 70% of the company's revenue.
  • Collaborating with renowned corporate brands to deliver rapid, precise, and cost-efficient translation and communication solutions.
  • Handling confidential, top-secret projects for both commercial entities and public sector organisations.
  • Partnering with our sales department to provide tailored translation services to emergency service clientele.
  • Liaising closely with the Account Management team to understand client needs and preferences, and creating accurate quotes for translation projects.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to esteemed clients worldwide.
  • Facilitating our clients' expansion into previously unexplored markets.

Who are we looking for?


  • Fluency in another European language is desirable.
  • Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
  • Prior experience in the language services industry.
  • Experience of working in a professional services environment.
  • A degree background in translation or languages.
