About the role

Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies that significantly enhance Global Voices' online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Manage Google AdWords accounts, ensuring optimal ROI and ongoing campaign refinement.
  • Craft engaging, persuasive ad copy that aligns with brand voice and converts leads.
  • Analyse campaign performance through digital analytics tools to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to a holistic digital marketing approach by collaborating on SEO, email, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals.
  • Nice to have: Italian, French or German speakers will be a plus!

Who are we looking for?


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing and optimising Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Expert understanding of Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising best practices.
  • Strong foundation in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimisations.
  • Ability to craft compelling ad copy, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc., to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
