About the role

All graduates will begin their careers within our Sales Academy. We will support your development and growth through on the job training, use of our buddy system, monthly review meetings with your line manager and working directly with our amazing sales team.
For the role you will be expected to meet monthly KPIs by reaching out to prospective clients in targeted markets, pursing leads, moving them through the cycle, and working directly with our Account Managers.

Location: Stirling Head Office (Monday - Thursday office based, WFH Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm)
 

Who are we looking for?

About you:

  • You will be degree educated (2:1 desirable).
  • Have a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • You should have excellent numerical and IT skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills are also key to this role.  
  • You must have good English language skills, both written and verbal  
  • European language skills: French, Italian and German are desirable
