Introduction
Banijay, a leading international content producer and distributor, embarked on an ambitious television project: “Lo Show dei Record” (The Show of Records) for Canale 5 in Italy. This show aimed to break Guinness World Records with participants from around the globe. However, the diversity of languages spoken by the performers presented a significant communication challenge.
The Challenge
Ensuring that all performers fully understood the terms and conditions of their participation, as well as navigating the complexities of Italian bureaucracy, required accurate and culturally sensitive translations. The fast-paced nature of television production demanded a rapid turnaround time for translations, making the challenge even more pressing.
